So yea, I've finally made my way back here. Been busy with things since after Katrina. Still holding my job at the liquor warehouse, became a drunk, got back into role-playing, sleep during the day. Yea, life's great. How's everyone doing, if anyone's here?

Yea, I'm just finally back. Still don't have an active connection, so I will post as I can. I'm saving up on money so that I can get an apartment, but places have gone sky high on rent since then. You're lucky to find anything decent for under $1,000 a month.

Now that Nite mentioned it,. I have no idea what happened to old Wagmus. I know TSG is stil lout there at his site. I haven't been in touch with him since GS either.

Seriously, where do you live that its 1000 a month? When I moved to Virginia last year we found a really nice townhouse right by the ocean for 720 a month.

Even in my area it's $1000 for something decent. A couple friends of mine lived in a one room apartment that was ridiculously small for $920 a month.

Everything in the New Orleans Metro area (which includes New Orleans, Metairie, and Kenner) went up. I was paying $680 a month for a 2 bedroom with utilities included in the rent. Those same ones have gone up to about $900. Some of the places even want a deposit of $500, and then the rent is anywhere from $850-$1200.

You need to fuckin' move...
