Well, sort of. Level3 and Verio went down the shitter and took a lot of stuff with them. I saw a few thousand people netsplit right off freenode, pretty entertaining.

Expect to see news on it.

I have the feeling the UN is going to try to capitalize on these damn black outs. Lets hope that does not happen.
