Idea..Question...fun

So i spent the majority of my weekend re-installing diablo just so i can mess around with the mpq files and whatnot and try to make it interesting again.

I dont mean just throwing in premade mods i wanted to re-do the maps and whatnot...almost make it a seemingly new game so to speak. Make characters harder but not rediculously hard. Also make leveling a tad bit easier...

My idea is to host a d2 server but not host a normal d2 server a modded d2 server. Basically i make the game people play it on my server. It's not hard and i have a computer for the server.

my question is...does anybody here still play the game lol. or is anybody interested?
Second part to my question is, is anybody else capable of helping me edit/mod the d2 game?

I play it everyday. I got friends that also play it everyday :D
